Kyle, the kids and I arrived at Pasta’s on the Green on a warm Monday evening and we couldn’t help but notice how the sun really helped wake up the neighborhood and the golf course was packed with people getting in their first rounds of the season. Although there were plenty of people in the restaurant that had just left the course, we were still seated at a comfortable table where we could enjoy Classic Vinyl playing on the speakers. Our server, Taryn, was super attentive and made sure we were cared for our entire meal. Our culinary journey began with an explosion of flavors in the form of the Utica Greens. Imagine tender escarole mingling with fiery hot cherry peppers and savory Italian sausage, all harmonizing to create a symphony of spice that dances on your palate. And the sampler platter?
