To get a taste of what The Fireside Inn is all about, my husband and I went to the prime rib buffet on an unseasonably warm Thursday night. We were immediately greeted by our friendly server, Cindy, who went above and beyond to take care of us while we dined. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the perfect place for a date night or even a family gathering. The buffet had tons of fantastic options, from peel and eat shrimp to a baked potato bar, maple roasted salmon and of course a melt-in-your-mouth prime rib carving station. They also have a dessert table that is sure to satisfy any sweet tooth. The maple salmon was incredible and the prime rib was truly mouthwatering. The salad bar was also remarkable with tons of toppings including crumbly-blue, candied nuts, Kalamata olives, roasted red peppers, and artichoke hearts. I would absolutely recommend this buffet to everyone!
