The Syracuse Polish Festival will soon take over Clinton Square and provide a magical ambiance once again for the residents of Central New York.
The three-day family-friendly celebration of Polish culture, heritage, and traditions will mark its 69th anniversary, kicking off Friday, June 21 and running until 5pm on Sunday, June 23.
Please join us to celebrate Polish culture and taste traditional Polish cuisine, including pierogi, kielbasa, bigos (hunter’s stew), cabbage rolls, and the best Polish beer. A wide variety of traditional Polish souvenirs, jewelry, T-shirts, hats and other arts and crafts will be sold during the event. During the festival, kids can enjoy a variety of hands-on arts and crafts and interactive games and inflatable activities. Our efforts are based on providing a fantastic, fun time for all those who visit by holding to high standards and ensuring comfort. There will be activities for every member of the family.
The Festival is also an opportunity to award the annual scholarships. The recepients are the following talented students: David Dombroski, Katherine Dristle, Olivia Grabowski, Gabriel Howe, Karolina Lata, Eli Kligerman, Merissa Oliveri, Marek Sokolowski, and Katherine Wilburn. We will also honor the “2024 Pole of the Year,” Wally Gaworecki Jr., the owner of the Western Ranch Motor Lodge on State Fair Boulevard who has spent his life propagating and maintaining Polish culture in our community.
The Polish Scholarship Fund of Syracuse kindly asks you to consider donating to our nonprofit organization comprised solely of volunteers. We are very grateful for any donation.
