Vital Issues
PREFACE: Dear Readers. I have a special place on my phone where I post thoughts and ideas that I believe enhance an article, and often a subject for a future article. As I do only one column per month in an era where grave issues are everywhere, I thought it might be interesting to post brief descriptions of some of these notes. So, I am going to start with the latest and work my way back for a while. Those interested in the difficulties we face in this land, and their solutions may find this quite compelling. Herewith:
A. The Debt Limit . This has been temporarily resolved, but not before the entire world saw the farcical and leaderless processes that expose our feckless lack of command of our land. Herewith: Most of us are very concerned with the political realities of the day. We are living in an era, where if they could, approximately half the country would sacrifice the “Full Faith and Credit” of the entire United States of America, if the party in power did not agree to egregious blackmail. Here is why it will never happen. If it ever gets that far the President will simply invoke, and have the country live by the Constitution, (Well, what do you know?) specifically that section of the 14th amendment. The applying words in Section ”4” read:
“The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned,” reads the section, which refers to the debt incurred by the Union to fight the Civil War.”
Hence, if the debt limit is not raised the Constitution will be violated. If the President did not invoke the 14th amendment he would be in violation of his oath of office. This will not happen. This matter is mostly noise by a government riddled with blackmail and a media full of omission, and distortion and lies. Your attitude is mostly the result of severe propaganda designed for media ratings, i.e., money.
We did not get off like everything was made ok. This issue has made us look like a bad bet to the rest of world. This is the price for ineptitude. The entire economic format of the world is now a concern. Trust is gravely diminished.
B. Democracy is full of healthy divisiveness. The fail safe was the Supreme Court. The court has become severely partisan and useless as a public protector. The Supreme Court is riddled with bribery and has become a force that often defies the intent of our founders. The most egregious example is Clarence Thomas. The Supreme Court is the branch of government designed to ensure integrity when the Congress and the President are at odds. Our founders realized that within humanity there are significant differences. In an effort to ensure that the finest thinking would prevail, the Supreme Court was specifically designed. They were to be the epitome of honor, honesty, truth, justice and integrity. Today they don’t even skim the surface of either of these mighty words.
They dishonor the land and the very document they were meant to protect. Clarence Thomas’s wife Ginni is a MAGA enthusiast with great influence. During the period of the insurrection, Virginia “Ginni” Thomas conversed with lawyer John Eastman, who is accused of pressuring former Vice President Mike Pence to unlawfully refuse to certify the 2020 presidential election results. Mind you the power that comes with her voice. Clarence Thomas was the only dissenting voice in the Court who voted for Trump’s demand to not furnish documents requested for the House Select Committee. That is just part of the disgraceful dishonor from this Supreme Court team of two.
Billionaire Harlan Crowe bribed Clarence Thomas with gifts worth millions. These were not just unethical perks. They were bribes that secured favor. The current Supreme Court shows no indication that the Constitution is being served, let alone with honor. What you find is Supreme dishonor. John Roberts knows these things and so does the rest of the court and they say nothing. This renders them equally corrupt and proves the need for ways to rid the court of this dishonor and research the best ways to secure honorable replacements. 
C. One more. Just happened. Aileen Cannon, a Trump supporter and a Trump appointed Judge is a MAGA enthusiast, yes, enthusiast on the bench. She already showed favor in the Document scandal. She interfered with the Classified documents investigation in Mar-a-lago by trying to do Trump a favor. Her decision was thrown out and she was admonished by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th circuit.
It is beyond human comprehension, the stupidity that is now in play. In a country of 330 million she will be Trump’s judge, even after admitting she is a Trump supporter. She IS MAGA. “Trend” was the reason given, not law. Another judge could have easily been appointed. They say it was a random draw among 4 available judges in the district. 18 judges were qualified in this district. Jack Smith should have foreseen this. It needed NOT to happen. Now a recusal will severely enrage MAGA. This is starting out as a farce with a glaring lack of integrity, as they have created bedlam no matter what the outcome. They have fertilized the trial with Trump favor and corrupt opportunity. This severely tainted MAGA judge has made clear she favors Trump. Now she will have control of evidence, control of jury selection (all she needs is one like her) and control of time eating delays that can force the trial beyond the election.
This appointment is foolish beyond any measure of integrity, or honor, or just good sense. Absolutely unbelievable. Whatever set of garbage rules or corruption that assigned Aileen Cannon to oversee Trump’s trial has a legal process to reverse it. Use it. This appointment is not cast in stone. Much damage is already done as no matter what is done at this point will be seen as favoritism by the opposing side. At least getting her out of there will add to the possibility of some kind of integrity in the room. What is wrong with you people? The 11th Circuit is made up of Alabama, Georgia and Florida. The Southern District of Florida by itself, has 18 Judges. She interfered with this very case already. Ruling on a Special Master to assist Trump’s pursuit to get away with stealing and exposing nuclear and other secrets to severe danger. Surely somewhere in the 11th Circuit there is someone other than a Trump fanatic that can rule over the fate of the evil she clearly supports.
Now, after surpassing all the stupidity and ineptitude in previous judicial history they do not want the keepers of the First Amendment in the courtroom. No cameras, cell phones or recording devices. Just secretive process so Aileen Cannon can decide on measures that may well give birth to the end of the world. And there will be no reasonable record. Our doom is on the court calendar and they don’t want us to see. The unfathomable is underway.
