Orchard Vali boast three main event areas. The Main Banquet Room can seat up to 175 people but can also be combined with the two smaller rooms to accommodate up to 355. The Orchard Room that overlooks the golf course that seats up to 80 and is perfect for smaller events. The Vali room is also available to accommodate up to 100 guests. Orchard Vali also has a private meeting room that can seat up to 60 people, making it the perfect location for private parties, corporate events, and showers. 
If you are looking for the perfect location for your dream rustic wedding then you should look no further than the Skyline Lodge at Highland Forest. Orchard Vali is the exclusive caterer for this dream-come-true location. Skyline Lodge will be available for groups of up to 160 people or for smaller gatherings the space can be divided to hold up to 100 in the larger room and up to 60 in the smaller room. Orchard Vali is a great place to have a delicious meal. Dinner is served Thursdays and Fridays from 5pm to 8:30 pm and brunch is served on Sunday from 10 am to 2 pm. Come in on Thursdays for their featured Prime Rib Buffet with all you can eat prime rib, roasted to perfection and served with delicious au jus. The buffet also includes a salad bar, homemade soup, pasta, chicken, vegetables and potatoes as well as scrumptious desserts. Come in on Fridays for served dinner with delicious selections at fantastic prices. Try the Chicken Francoise (egg dipped, then sautéed in a lemon, butter and wine sauce), Chicken Marsala (sautéed with fresh mushrooms and Marsala sauce), Char-Grilled Cajun Prime Rib (best of both worlds – slice of prime rib cooked like a spicy steak), Smothered Delmonico (with mushrooms and onions), Broiled Shrimp with Crabmeat Stuffing (served with a dill sauce), and Crab Stuffed Haddock (broiled and topped with our crabmeat stuffing)! 
All dinners include the fresh and tasty salad bar, and choice of a side. Be sure to stop in on Sunday for a mouthwatering brunch!
My friend Keri and I went to Orchard Vali on a perfect fall morning to enjoy the Sunday brunch. The ride was absolutely beautiful and all of the colors of fall were perfect for observation. There is nothing like the changing of the leaves! We arrived at Orchard Vali and were promptly seated. We were immediately served hot coffee and fresh orange juice, both of which are included with brunch. The buffet was a brunch lover’s dream with eggs benedict (on biscuits, not English muffins, and a pleasant surprise), pancakes, French Toast, sausage, bacon, potatoes, green beans, oven roasted chicken, rice pilaf and seafood Newburg, and carve ham and beef. 
There was also soup and salad bar as well as a table of yummy desserts! Overall it was quite possibly the best brunch buffet we have ever seen in Central New York.
