Pasta’s on the Green
If you are looking for great food at a great price, Pasta’s on the Green is where you should be. They are open to the public year-round and offer a pub-style menu and laid back atmosphere. They are conveniently located at 1 Village Blvd. N. Baldwinsville NY 13027 at Foxfire Golf Course. 
Whether you are looking for a snack or a meal, the menu at Pasta’s on the Green has something for everyone. For an appetizer I’d recommend that you try the Soft Warm Bavarian Pretzel Sticks, rolled in kosher salt with spicy mustard and cheddar cheese sauce for dipping and perfect with a cold pint of your favorite beer or the spicy Utica Greens with Escarole, hot cherry peppers, and Italian sausage, always flavorful and cooked to perfection. They have a variety of wraps, subs, and burgers. For something different try the Antipasto Wrap with romaine lettuce, salami, pepperoni, provolone, crumbly gorgonzola, Kalamata olives and hot peppers with Italian dressing or the Open Steak Sandwich, a choice cut, char-grilled rib eye steak served on a toasted bun. When you are at Pasta’s on the Green you just have to try their Signature End-Loaded sandwiches, a truly unique style sandwich made with a half loaf of fresh Italian point bread. You can’t go wrong with the End Loaded Chicken Parmesan, loaded with breaded chicken breast, marinara sauce, mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses or the End Loaded Meatball, stuffed with meatballs, marinara sauce, mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. If you are in the mood for a burger try the Buffalo Bleu Burger, a perfectly cooked burger topped with gorgonzola bleu cheese and covered in Buffalo wing sauce and served with a cup of bleu cheese for dipping. If you are looking for the best pizza in town, look no further than Pasta’s 
on the Green. What really sets them apart from other pizza joints is the Brick Oven Style Pizza made with the fresh homemade dough, made daily in their kitchen. They have a great variety of toppings for their Traditional or Garlic pizzas and they are always made with fresh Mozzarella. Be sure to try one of their new flat bread pizza or personal pizza rolls.
Kyle and I went out to Pasta’s on the Green on a warm Sunday evening. A bunch of diners were enjoying their meals at the tables on the deck, soaking in the sun from one of this year’s first warm days. We were immediately seated by the friendly server. Everything on the menu looked so delicious that we decided to begin our meal with two appetizers, the sampler platter with chicken tenders, mozzarella sticks, breaded fried mushrooms and onion petals served with a variety of dipping sauce. The sampler platter although deep fried was not greasy and heavy and was a great way to start a meal. We also couldn’t pass up an order of the Canadian Poutine, made with cheese curds and homemade gravy and topped with bacon. The poutine could have been a meal on its own. The huge portion of fries with just the right amount of cheese and gravy was probably the best and most authentic poutine you can get south of the Canadian border. When you go to Pasta’s on the Green, 
order the poutine, I promise you will thank me later! For our entrees I decided on the cavatelli with broccoli, served with a garlic butter sauce and Kyle ordered the stuffed rigatoni, topped with homemade vodka sauce. Both entrees were enough to feed a small army and they were served with delicious homemade garlic knots. Every bite of everything was absolutely delicious. We ended leaving Pasta’s on the Green with a full tummies and lunch for the next few days! Overall it was an excellent meal at an excellent price!
