My friend Keri and I went to 317 on a sunny Friday afternoon. Although some diners were enjoying lunch at the charming tables on the sidewalk, we decided to dine inside. We were promptly seated at a cozy table next to the large window overlooking the sidewalk. We decided to start our meal with an order of 317 Kettle Chips (Purple Potatoes, Gorgonzola, Bacon & Chives and served with a side of Ranch) They were crispy and delicious! I decided to have a cup of the soup of the day, a tasty vegan vegetable soup, and a House Salad (Field Greens tossed with Blueberry Pomegranate Vinaigrette, Cranberry Goat Cheese, Almonds, Golden Raisins & Grape Tomatoes). To make things more interesting I had the salad topped with calamari. This was an excellent option that I would not have thought of before! Keri also wanted to try something a little different so she went with the Duck Bacon “BLT” (Duck Bacon with Leaf Lettuce, Beefsteak Tomatoes & Basil Aioli) and rosemary fries. The duck bacon added a new element of innovation to an old classic favorite and the rosemary fries alone were worth the trip!
