Gemworld 2026

“Diamond Jubilee!” is this year’s theme at Gemworld 2026, as host Gem & Mineral Society of Syracuse celebrates its 75th Anniversary. The 59th annual Gem, Mineral, Fossil and Jewelry Show returns to the Center of Progress Bldg at the NYS Fairgrounds. Tickets are sold only at the door, cash only.
You’ll discover minerals, geodes, fluorescent rocks, crystals, fossils and more for sale at more than 60 retail and wholesale dealers from 13 area states. There will also be beautiful jewelry, beads, cut stones and supplies as well as educational exhibits, interesting demonstrations and free informative speakers each day.
The expanded Youth Activities Center will have a “MINECAFT” theme and look this year. Kids can “mine” for blocks, carve soapstone, find hidden treasures in the sluice, see a special slideshow, go on a Treasure Hunt with mineral prizes, plus many additional activities.
Hourly prize drawing and the popular 25 Cent “Straw Draw” will be at the Club Booth. An End-of-Show Grand Prize will be held on Sunday (presence not required to win. Four Metaphysical practitioners will also be in attendance. at the Show.
