If your interest has been piqued then you need to had to Brewerton and top into Jake’s Grub & Grog and 916 Riverside today. 916 Riverside (formerly Castaways) is located at 916 County Route 37 and they are open Tuesday through Friday from 4 pm to midnight and from noon to midnight on Saturday and Sunday. Jake’s Grub & Grog is located right next door at 7 E River Road and they are open Tuesday through Saturday from 11 am to 2 am and on Sunday from noon to 8 pm.
916 Riverside has undergone a facelift since it has come under new management. They have remodeled from floor to ceiling and they even have a new menu. They offer a delicious and reasonably priced menu featuring select cuts of meat an fresh fish. 916 also has daily specials featuring a soup of the day, appetizer, and seafood, pasta, and beef entrée. In addition to the fantastic food, you can not beat the view at 916 Riverside. This can be enjoyed inside through the gigantic windows or outside on the enormous deck and tiki bar. Be sure to stop in on Thursdays all summer long for live bands on the outside stage (weather permitting) and on Tuesdays for Bike night.
Jake’s has always been a crowd favorite. Whether it’s because of the cold beer, great good, and awesome music or the laid back and comfortable atmosphere, everyone likes going to Jake’s. At Jake’s you will find great food and drink specials all week long. The kitchen never closes and it’s happy hour from 11 to 6.
