Wine, spirits, food, music, and fun in 2026 – at the Oncenter Convention Center at 800 S. State Street in Syracuse, NY 13202. More than 40 vendors to tempt your taste buds!

Enjoy unlimited samples of wines, spirits, and specialty foods from across New York state’s fantastic wine regions. Purchase your favorite bottles for take-home and they will be stored in the holding area until you are ready to leave.

And if you want a full dinner, you can purchase one courtesy of the OnCenter caterers.

There are two sessions plus a VIP and Designated Driver option.

Session 1 ($30): 1pm-4pm

Session 2 ($35): 6pm-9pm

VIP ticket ($40): 5-9pm

Designated Driver tickets available at the door for $10, and all non-alcohol tastings and free activities come with the ticket.

So event producers, the Cianciola family, had a brainstorm: why not travel the state, curate and recruit the best of the best in all three categories, and bring them to Syracuse at the crossroads of the state, for one big, delightful event? Visitors can meet, mingle, sample and enjoy the many and varied tastes of New York – right here in town?

There are dozens of options: a wide array of wines, hard cider, spirits and specialty drinks, and producers are eager to pour their beverages and share their stories.

And as you try a sip of this, why not sample a taste of that as you select the perfect treat from a variety of specialty foods – everything from popcorn and chocolate to gourmet cheeses, jerky and pesto.

While you sample and sip, enjoy a little – actually, a LOT – of entertainment with your tastings. The Syracuse Wine Festival offers plenty of fun. You can try one, or enjoy them all!

Popular Syracuse DJ Tom Soccocio, Jr., owner of Perfect Sounds DJ Music Entertainment, will be queuing up tunes from the 80s, 90s, through current hits, so you can listen and dance. And while you listen, amp up the fun by stepping into the nearby photo booth, dress up with costumes and props, and you’ll have the day on record.

You can challenge friends and acquaintances to a round of checkers or chess, or sip, snack and relax with another popular board game.

Back again for the Wine Fest is Diana Myers, who will lead you on a “Paint and Sip” adventure! Myers has been painting for more than 3 decades. After years of teaching with “Painting with a Twist,” she started her own mobile paint and sip business she calls “Art by Diana Myers.” A very busy Nana, she also leads online classes at The Artzy Rose, which is on Facebook and most social networks. Using specialty multi-media paper and Myer’s step-by-step technique, you’ll enjoy the creative process along with your wine – and take home your own special view of the day!

And as always, you can shop your way through the event, purchasing bottles and bags of your favorites – and they’ll be waiting for you at a designated pick-up spot for easy carry home.
