The Valley Inn is a local Marcellus landmark where diners have been enjoying great farm fresh meals for over 75 years. If you have been to Valley Inn in the past now is a great time to stop in and see all of the great changes made by the new owners Jenn and Ross. Jenn, who grew up right around the corner from Valley Inn, wanted to restore this historic local favorite while maintaining its celebrated history. To that end, they have decided to maintain the name, Valley Inn and give the building a much needed facelift. They have totally remodeled the building both inside and out. When they were pulling up the old floor cover they found that the original floor was actually the floor of the basketball courts at the old Marcellus school. They have refinished the original floor and kept all of the original woodwork. Such great attention to detail was only accomplished by hard work and countless hours Japril2015-bus-dessertenn and Ross with help from their friend and family. After taking possession in September and completing the remodel, Valley Inn was once again serving happy diners in October of 2014.

The Valley in is under new management and remodeled but the farm fresh concept remains the same. They strive to buy everything they use from local farmers and producers. They purchase their produce, meats, eggs, and breads locally. At Valley Inn you can expect to find totally natural and preservative free bread from Heidelberg out of Utica. Everything they serve is made from scratch and cooked to order.
